Business wise, the year 1995 was a turning point in my life. In May that year, in Costa Rica, I decided to focus my marketing (intelligence) activities on the combination "groen & poen". TOPAZ, Marketingwise Communications bv, my marketing resultancy company since 1986, created the fundament for a company called EdiMark bv, founded in 1988, which was transformed in 1998 into Forest Returns bv. In this album I present the logos and/or symbols of the following existing and future `sailing ships` in different countries, such as: 1. The country estate "Hacienda la Esperanza" in Costa Rica; 2. The country estate "Fazenda Onça Pintada" in Brazil; 3. The country estate "Landgoed Visarendenhorst" in Holland; 4. The country estate "Yesil Yasam" in Turkey; 5. The country estate "Magyar" in Hungary; 6. The country estate "Landgoed Groot Mariënbosch" in Surinam; 7. The country estate "Landgut Grün Brandenburg" in Germany
