This special evening the two founding fathers and main share holders of Vereenigde Costaricaanse Compagnie bv (VCC), Jan Kluft (10.704 shares = 34 %) and I (on behalf of Forest Returns: 9.090 shares = 29%) presented in close harmony the attractive investment opportunities in Hacienda la Esperanza (fully owned by VCC) to potential co-owners of this big country estate. As decided by all 7 shareholders of VCC on 04 March 2009 an emission of VCC-shares ( € 7.000.000 in all) is scheduled for Spring 2009.
