Publication: Joint Presentation by VCC-founders
Thursday 19 March 2009 - On this special evening the two founding fathers and main share-holders of Vereenigde Costaricaanse Compagnie bv (VCC), Jan Kluft (10.704 shares = 34 %) and I (on behalf of Forest Returns: 9.090 shares = 29%), presented in close harmony attractive investment opportunities in Hacienda la Esperanza (fully owned by VCC) to potential co-owners of this big country estate.
As decided on 04 March 2009 by all 7 VCC share-holders , an emission of VCC-shares ( € 7.000.000 in all ) is panned for Spring 2009. Our second fertile dialogue with potential investors on 19 March 2009 was eventful and well received by all those present.
